See the World Bank's overview of Europe and Central Asia. It's very inspirational, but do you think it has such an impact on our development?

All these countries can hardly be classified to one region (e.g., Estonia and Tajikistan are two different worlds, I'd say!).
Such help is usually very local and not well seen for us - but the people who got clean water or medical facilities might be grateful to the World Bank for the rest of their lives! That's why WB does a great job that is so important
