On Sunday I went to Adalar, lovely islands just off Istanbul. You can go there by a ferry boat paying just 2 YTL, a normal price for a bus. The islands are very peaceful: sea, mountains, pine trees, narrow streets, bycicles, lots of flowers in private orchards...
